Ciao 👋, this is Cihang! I’m currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures, and I have an 8-year-old corgi who happens to be our best travel partner. I’m a product designer passionate about solving complex user problems at a system-level while creating thoughtful and delightful experiences.

Meta- Senior Product Designer (Jan 2022- Present)
During my time at Meta, I led the end-to-end product design for Quest for Business Shared Mode, spanning VR device experience and Admin Center web platform; drove 70% of total Q4B subscriptions through Shared Mode adoption.
Designed the IT admin enrollment and device provisioning flow, including shared mode setup and individual mode onboarding, enabling scalable enterprise deployment across organizations and achieving a 95% successful device enrollment rate.
Partnered with cross-functional teams to lead enterprise → consumer migration, defining enterprise system forks across device configuration, access control, branding, and onboarding.
Created a design-led decision framework to determine whether and how enterprise features should be configurable.
Led vision and strategy explorations to inform the long-term enterprise platform roadmap, defining scalable collaboration, solo productivity, and AI-powered Admin Center use cases beyond near-term delivery.
Tile- Core UX Designer (Apr 2017- Jan 2022)
Designed the UX/UI for Tile AR UWB finding experience in partnership with Google, improving real-world object-finding accuracy and usability.
Led design for Contact the Owner, increasing successful recovery rate by 7%.
Designed end-to-end new user experience (NUX) including device activation, account creation, onboarding education, and premium upsell; increased
activation rate by double digits and achieved 97% successful account signup.
