Overview
In 2019, Tile launches Premium subscription services. For our Premium users, they can receive a proactive Smart Alert notification when they leave something behind. They can check their item’s location history, and also receive free batteries by mail once their Tile running low on battery. Tile released the Premium Protect plan in 2020. And if you upgrade to Premium Protect, and do actually lose something, we have you covered. If Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to $1000.

To date, we have a total of 949K free trailers and converted 710k paid customers.
